ยกตัวอย่าง: มีหลอดนิออน 12 วัตต์ ใช้กับแบตเตอรี่ 1 A. จะใช้ได้นาน 1 ชั่วโมง
มีหลอดนิออน 12 วัตต์ ใช้กับแบตเตอรี่ 100 A. จะใช้ได้นาน 100 ชั่วโมง
มีหลอดนิออน 120 วัตต์ ใช้กับแบตเตอรี่ 100 A. จะใช้ได้นาน 10 ชั่วโมง
